What to expect using the CHPC issues tracking system: JIRA
CHPC strongly recommends users submit questions, problems, and requests for services through our issue tracking system. This system can be access either via email or by the website: jira.chpc.utah.edu. To open a new ticket, send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also click on the "Create New" button at the top of the jira.chpc.utah.edu website. Access to jira is included when your CHPC account is provisioned.
Never put any Personal Health Information (PHI), passwords or other sensitive information in a jira ticket. By default, all jira tickets in our issue tracking system are open and visible to all users of CHPC systems. CHPC staff members and the user who opened the tickets have write access.
