Meetings
If you would like to meet with CHPC staff, please contact us at helpdesk@chpc.utah.edu; we would be happy to set up a time to meet with you. Walk-in assistance (meeting without a prior appointment) is not available. Sending an email to schedule a meeting helps us organize relevant staff and find a time that works best for everyone.

Please note that the preferred method for contacting the CHPC with questions or reports of issues is by email. We monitor email during business hours and will address high-impact issues as soon as possible (consistent with support policies). We would be happy to set up a virtual meeting if you prefer to discuss a topic over voice or video, but we ask that you send an email to schedule such a meeting.
We do not recommend calling the CHPC for technical support or questions about your account or project. The office phone is monitored by administrative staff, not technical staff or research computing and data facilitators. In most cases, calling the CHPC for technical support is slower than emailing, as your request needs to be passed from administrative staff to technical staff.
