User Services

User Services is a team of research computing specialists with backgrounds in scientific research and high-performance computing. We come from disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physics, engineering, and data science, and have firsthand experience working with large datasets, a variety of scientific software, and creating research workflows. Our role is to facilitate researchers in utilizing HPC and other computing resources by providing direct one-on-one support, installing and maintaining software, delivering training, and assisting with workflow development, debugging, and optimization. Overall, our goal is to lower barriers for CHPC users and help researchers make effective use of advanced computing resources.
