The update of the OS on apexarch to RHEL6 is now complete and the cluster is available to run jobs. Users need to have a Duo account to access. There are two general interactive nodes, apex1.chpc,utah.edu and apex2.chpc.utah.edu. Users can ssh directly to the interactive nodes (no need to go to Farnsworth.chpc.utah.edu first), using either FastX2 or a different ssh client. If you are accessing from off campus you will need to use either the @chpc.utah.edu or @utah.edu VPN to which all CHPC users should have access.
With the change in the OS, modules now work on this cluster.
